GENERAL

We do commissions for both commercial and personal use. Hence, the price may vary depending on the usage and/or purposes of the commission piece.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The copyright of the commissioned artwork is owned by us and we may use the artwork in our portfolio as well as to post on our social media, etc for promotion purposes. However, we will ask for approval from the client beforehand.

  • Clients are advised to provide us with a few details as below of the desired commission before we start quoting our price.

  • Types of commission

  • Number of illustrations

  • General description of the desired artwork

  • Preferred size

  • Deadline, if applicable

  • Reference photos, color palette, mood board (highly advised)

  • In the case of an unfamiliar commission, we may ask clients to quote their budget price for the desired commission and we will discuss further to settle with a quote that is agreed by both parties.

  • We strictly do not accept commission works in which the client has the intention to use it for reselling unless agreed otherwise.

  • Client may NOT alter or modify the completed commission piece in any way.

  • Every commission is limited to 2 amendments for WIP sketches and 1 amendment for the coloring stage. Client may ask for progress photos of the commission (with our watermark on it) at any reasonable time.

  • Additional charges for extra amendments will be charged.

  • The completed commission will be sent in JPEG/PNG/Ai/PSD depending on the client's request.

  • The commission will be done only in our own art style but client may request for specific preferences you may have, and we will try our best to fulfill the request.

  • We don't accept urgent commission as art needs time and effort for the best outcome.


PRICING & PAYMENT METHOD

  • Price will vary depending on the type of commission, complexity, materials, & other relevant matters.

  • A quotation will be sent to client (if needed) before deciding on the commission. An invoice will then be sent after confirmation has been done to proceed with the payment.

  • Deposit (minimum 50% of the overall price) should be credited to our bank account or PayPal before we start working on the commission piece.

  • Price and payment will be in MYR.

  • First watermarked draft will be sent to the client within 1-5 working days after the deposit has been made for approval.

  • The prices on the commission piece are subjected to change if the commission piece is more complex than we anticipated. The price of this will be negotiated until agreed by both parties.
